Capstone Estates was founded in 2004 and is comprised of a team led by builder Jonathan Little. In a very competitive business Capstone Estates has set itself apart by offering unique customer services. Everything from plan conception to execution of the one year buyers’ warranty is completed in-house. The full time staff includes a plan designer, interior designer, warranty administrator, and Realtor. This team helps provide a pleasurable experience for the buyer. Capstone Homes not only builds luxury Oklahoma City and Edmond homes they build with green building standards in mind. Their energy star homes in Edmond and Oklahoma City, include numerous extra features and will save you money on utility bills as your raise your family.

Each Capstone Home comes with dual-paned “low E-squared” vinyl windows, blown in cellulose insulation, 92-plus gas furnaces, and 14 SEER air conditioning units, all helping to keep energy bills to a minimum.
